I'll start with saying that I love the deals at Big Lots, and nearly all of the staff is wonderful. I like the new location much better as it is cleaner, much larger, and has a better parking lot. I shop here on average once a week. With that said, their is one employee here by the name of Sally that should under no circumstances be working in retail. She is rude, condescending, abrasive, and unhelpful. I have had several occasions wherein she was just outright mean. I understand this can be a stressful job, but she goes out of her way to be rude and unhelpful. I have nearly come to the point where I will just leave if I see her working the register.
