After submitting a claim at my insurance company for an item I paid out of pocket for, the owner/store manager told me they just had to refund us what the insurance company paid. I tried to tell her that in her contract with the insurance company they state what is allowable to charge the customer. She told me ""I can charge you whatever I want."" Well she found out she was wrong & hell will freeze over before I ever shop there again. I give one star because I can't give 1/2 for price. PS. Location is lousy too.
