I did some work in February 2011 and the insurance was supposed to cover that. They called me all the time the rest of the year for any reasons just to bring me into the office and spend money with them - telling me I have enough money left on my insurance and I should use them. They sent me a bill next year : for me - $400 and for other reasons my wife - $800 ( because HEY FORGOT TO CHARGE MY WIFE'S INSURANCE )
So they dragged my insurance claim one year and half ON PURPOSE just to make me spend money in their office .When I contested the extra charges they had their collection department call me demanding me to pay the money .
THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIDERATION FOR COSTUMERS FINANCIAL SITUATION THEY WILL DECEIVE YOU TO SPEND IN THERE AND CHARGE YOU LATER - EVEN AFTER ONE YEAR .
