This rating is for the billing department. I was put through the wringer about a bill they kept telling me wasn't paid. I went back and forth with different organizations to find out why it wasn't paid. Come to find out, it had been paid seven months ago and they were still sending me a bill saying it was past due! Very upset with the billing department and what they put me through for nothing.
