This was the worst experience I've ever had with any business! \r
My family got there and we walked in and the receptionist didn't even say hello. She had as much personality as box of rocks. \r
We had our ultrasound and the tech was nice but had no bed-side manner at all. Dry personality. She was able to tell us gender. \r
My baby ""was not cooperating"" according to the tech and the receptionist so I was told to reschedule w/in 14 days so that I could try again. However, they were booked on most days that I had off work, they're not open on Sundays or Holidays to that left me wanting an appointment 17 days later; not the 14 days they have in their ""contract."" Even though I left there that day without my pictures or video they would NOT budge and let me come back in 17 days. Mind you that the preceeding 3 days consisted of a booked Saturday, closed Sunday and Holiday Monday. What a joke. Seriously, there are other 4D ultrasound places in the Polaris area and I am kicking myself in the butt for choosing this one. This is a horrible place to go!!!!! It's not worth the money and they are rude and uncooperative with people.
