My PC refused to boot, and I lacked the necessary disk to correct the problem. Sean took care of that malfunction and thoroughly cleaned the innards of my tower. Then, after fixing numerous registry errors and testing the condition of my aging hard drive, he helped me purchase a new hard drive and took care of the installation.
