I've been to Cloverly Barber shop twice before and I was really pleased with my hair cut. Today I walked in and was seated in the first chair I asked for a #5 (clipper number) on top and a #2 on the sides and the back with a nice blend - the same dam haircut I got the last two times I was there. After using her clippers with the #5 attachment on the top she began to clip the back. Before I know it the woman in the first chair clips the back of my head down to a ZERO! Completely Bald! She [insisted] I said #0 in the back and sides and #5 on top. It was obvious this was not what I asked for. The woman was unapologetic. I left in the middle of the haircut upset and refused to pay. I will never return there again nor do I recommend anyone else go there.
