Watassa manages the row house we rent in Capitol Hill. From the application to the lease approval, and now during our six months at the rental, we've found Watassa, and Francis in particular, to be very responsive and helpful. When we needed (non-emergency) electrical work done, Watassa had an electrician out to visit ASAP. We're very happy renting through Watassa.
