Extremely disappointed in Ed's Automotive! They took 8 weeks to install a new engine that blew up again in 6 weeks due to their negligent work. They broke the engine light sensor on the car and used liquid foam to try to fix it and told us not to worry if the engine light comes on. The AC worked when we dropped it off at Ed's and once we got it back from Ed's it shortly stopped working due to Ed's breaking a part of the AC that leaked all of our freon out. The car overheated and blew up because when they installed our new radiator they never closed the petcock so it just kept on leaking anti freeze. The customer service or should I say the lack of......is awful! I don't need to be treated with disrespect and spoke to in a condescending manner. They will not accept any responsibility for their bad work instead they will just blame it on YOU! I do NOT recommend Ed's Automotive at all. BEWARE! I will make sure my words are read by everyone! more
