Wouldn't have added any starts but was forced to be this site.
Ordered flowers for my father-in-laws funeral on a Fri for a Mon morning delivery by 11am. Not only did they miss the funeral (wasn't delivered until 12:30), the fueral home said they were 1/2 dead so they were returned. Called 2x for a refund from 1800flowers & still haven not received an apology or refund e-mail. We had a small private family ceremony at the grave site and no flowers. Will never order from them or go to this florist every again!!
