With State Farm since I was 16. Never again. The irresponsibility that seeps from this office is enough to drive anyone mad. Not to mention, their lack of communication put me in danger and left me without any insurance - despite being in constant communication and constantly asking about my insurance policy that in effect....doesn't exist. Seriously?
If somebody calls and asks, 'what is going on with my insurance?' You might want to tell them it doesn't exist.
