Randall was excellent - communicating status on a frequent basis, and representing the customer to get Chevrolet to authorize out-of-warranty repairs for premature part failures. While it was disappointing the repairs took almost a week (due to fault of the extended warranty company, not Henna or Chevrolet), Henna's new loaner-car program removed the stress associated with being out of a vehicle for that long, and significantly improved the logistics challenge of getting my vehicle repaired at a location more than 15 miles from home or work. The program is significantly more beneficial and efficient, compared to the previous rental program, and has taken customer service to an entirely new level! Kudos, Henna... the very first two-thumbs-up I've ever given a car dealership in almost 30 years of buying cars! Keep up the great customer service!
