ZERO STARS. Steve came to my house for an estimate and was very nice. We were told our dates to move would be ""absolutely no problem."" 2 weeks later, we get a voicemail saying that they are unable to move us because they are busy. not helpful in recommending someone else and didnt seem to think the fact that we were told the dates were good to go mattered much. so we are left high and dry with only 3 weeks to move cross-country with a 5 month old baby. they came recommended from people who used them for local moves, but beware if you need cross-country assistance, regardless of what the sales-person tells you!
