I'm kind of a local to Hawaii. I live there during the Summer then return to the mainland. For this Mother's Day I wasn't in state to go pick up some flowers, so I decided to call-in, but every place has been busy, etc,etc. I gave this place a call, and you know what? The lady who answered me was unprofessional. She kept insisting, ""Duh. We do delivery, how are we florists hello?"" ""Well, I'm not sure, what do you think.""
And other immature comments to every question I asked. All I wanted to know was if my order could be delivered to Makakilo, how much it was, if they were booked out of orders, etc. And every answer was just rude. Then she just put me on hold without saying anything.
Ridiculous.
