Do not frequent this salon, unless you want to be charged for a full appointment by the venemous little snake of a receptionist, Jeff. I was headed for my 2 hour, monthly appointment with my stylist there, whom I have frequented for over a year. Even though i had left over 20 minutes early, I had gotten caught up with Speed Street traffic, and called to say I was desperately trying to get there on time but would be 10 minutes late. This nasty little piece of work, Jeff, informed me in the most condescending and self-important of tones that if i was 15 minutes late, they would cancel my appointment and fully charge me while recording the incident on my customer record for further reference. I was ""inconveniencing"" the other clients, my stylist was overbooked and couldn't wait 15 minutes for me. Seriously? I have waited for her for at least 15 minutes before without complaint. I was given another stylist on 2 occasions without complaining or being offset - people are late, and hair appointments get delayed. Clearly Orange Olive doesn't need your business, folks. They will charge ANYONE who shows up late for a full appointment and CANCEL your appointment at the same time. His entire attitude was supercilious. Frankly, I liked my stylist, but not enough to be treated this way. This is NODA - NOT a New York $500 session salon. Get over yourselves! With over 50 other quality salons in Charlotte, i will take my business where I am treated NOT like some sort of criminal or child. With a snot-nosed receptionist like Jeff, Orange Olive will be out of business soon.
