My daughter paid full price for a hair coloring and cut, didn't like the coloring so she went back again at a discounted price to make it right (she wanted blonde). It ended up a light brown...she went back a couple days later to ask for her money back on the second coloring and the owner belittled her in front of the other customers, calling her a liar and threatening to call the police if she wouldn't leave. Basically making her feel like a piece of crap. DON'T GO THERE!!
