The customer service here is horrible, and their business practices are violating the Credit CARD Act of 2009. According to this law, gift cards for both gifts and services cannot expire within 5 years of the purchase date, and yet, Villaggio will not honor gift cards one year after the date of purchase. They would not honor my $50 gift card which ""expired"" only weeks before I visited, and I know of at least three other people who have experienced the same thing. After the manager would not return my phone calls or emails, I submitted them to the BBB, and the manager did not respond to their inquiry either. Do not go here!
