I fell in love with this place when I first walked in - it smells fabulously delicious! and I didn't go broke buying 2 bags full of great finds and new treats. On subsequent visits I have found even more items and I love that it is a local family-run business. I have no idea what DeAndrea is talking about regarding customer service needing improvement - even if there is a line, the service is always friendly and patient in explaining the specials etc; if you have a problem they are quick and very fair to fix it or replace the product. I love this place, great food, great prices, and all the best people in Cleveland work, shop, & eat here.
