I originally bought my dress at Ventura's Bridal (awful, do not do it!!!). 23 days before my wedding, Ventura's tells me (2 hours before my fitting appointment, no less) that my dress is not even in America. The owner of the company ends up yelling at me and telling me that they are really ""overbooked"" and ""cannot guarentee my alterations would be done on time."" In a panic, I went to Jill's.
They had literally one week to alter my dress. Not only did they do a perfect job, they get it done EARLY! Diane and her team are the most helpful, caring people. There was no reason they needed to care about me more than Ventura's, considering all my money went to the latter. However, they are the epitome of customer service. Incredible.
