How this place stays in business is beyond me. My company has a local softball team and wanting to give the city our business, we chose Sportline over on-line stores. All went well until I went to pick up the shirt. They had completely forgotten to put the names on the shirts. They promised it would be ready in 30 minutes. I came back 2 hours later and not only had to wait while the sales person (who I am pretty sure was an owner or manager) chatted with a co-worker (I timed it, 5 minutes of waiting) but the shirts were still not done yet. We had ordered 3 extra shirts with no names. They pulled those out and never put then back in. Then two of the shirts were misspelled which meant another trip back to the store. They only fixed one shirt and not the other shirt that was messed up. Finally I asked them why they had so many problems with such a simple order. What bothered me the most was the way they just brushed it off, like it happens all the time. I have dealt with Sportline before and had bad experiences, and I have learned my lesson. After having to return 3 times because they couldn't get it right and still not being satisfied, having to wait so long and being disregarded as just an annoying customer, they have lost my business forever. You can only treat people badly for so long before you loose all your customers. I would not recommend this store. Go online, the quality is better, the prices are better and I am positive the customer service would be better. more
