Hers and his plumbing shown up and began complaining about how far out our house is in the country and stated,” wow you guys got natural gas!” After that it went south. The lady complained about the water pressure. mmm, never had a problem before. She attempted to fix the overflow line cracking the tray and the over flow line. She stated that high pressure caused our problems and will inform AHS of the situation. After talking to AHS or whomever she was talking to, she got into her vehicle and left our house, leaving a mess and an overflow line broken along with a cracked tray. These people never tried to solve the problem, but made it worse than what it was, leaving our water source off!!! We live in an area that requires us to have water pressure for firefighting capabilities and my mother’s health requires water and not just cold but hot and a child in the house. Unfortunately, I was not in the area to assist in this, due to my job demand and the distance. I want to say more but I would rather say I’m disappointed in AHS and Hers and His Plumbing who were not professional. If I acted as Hers and His Plumbing towards my customers I would be fired!
Then on the other hand AHS could not keep their stories straight when informing my sister we could use an outside source; I was told twice by AHS we could out source! Then the following morning I was informed that I could not get and outside source. So I cancelled for the second opinion plumber from coming out, due to the fact no one was scheduled and no plumber had been found to come out to our house! I decided due to the health risk and fire fighting capabilities I needed a plumber now not in two to four days!!! I got a local plumber from Watertown, TN. The determination was that due to hard water affecting the bottom of the hot water heater and had given out not water pressure!!! I've been in construction for more than 30 years this has been the worse plumber I have run across. I had been told this company prefers to overstate problems so that companies like AHS will not pay out and they end up with the overpriced job. I as a being in construction would have noticed if it had been the pressure from the water pressure being high; water tank bloated, other water lines leaking, the pop off valve would of went, etc… This cost me a total of $980.00 to replace a hot water heater compared to the quote of over $1500.00 to replace by Hers and His Plumbing. I'm disappointed it took so long to fix. It took more than three days to react in fixing the problem that never was resolved by AHS or amateur Plumbing Hers His Plumbing should be paying me for the cleanup and the damage they did to the overflow valve from the tray and the cracked tray!!
