Zapata has dropped a notch in the last 12 months, maybe the cook went back to Mexico, really! The Sopa Azteca was mediocre, at best it would be a good tomato based soup. Then the Chile Relleno was undercooked making the poblano chile still firm, needing a knife to cut through it. I have been here before and told others about... this time I would tell them 'look around' ...
