I wanted to like this practice but at every turn I was disappointed.
The one appointment that will forever stand out was the one where the staff were so late to an 8am appointment I sat in a dark, yes, dark office with no one there for 20 minutes alone with my 1.5 year old daughter. No one apologized for being 20 minutes late for their first scheduled appointment of the day!
Billing mistakes, clerical issues, and the rude sign at the front desk stating something about 'your mistakes are not my problem' were enough to send me packing.
It is a shame, the doctor was nice.
