poor customer service
I moved in to these apartments on 5/26/12 i was happy with it until I checked my range/stove it was rusted and filthy
the racks had rusted as well
the range should be requested
i know none of those leasing people in that office would eat or feed their family anything from that stove. WHO WOULD
i was rudely offered an option not take the lease- after we wasted time and money waiting to move there! our previous lease will expire in days and nothing in this area offers a 3 bedroom in that time frame. we were screwed and i didnt want to impose on family.
the assistant manager would rather loose a year of money and do not lease than just fix the stove. for $1100 month I feel I dont deserve this
choosing woods of britton in Fishers, IN was a huge mistake
they put me in a bad situation- we already had utilities switched to that place and moving truck rented to move and address change- i cant believe this the service they provide
This was a big disappointment The day I was given the keys turned out to be a disaster
