I understand that things happen. What I don't understand is why the nightmare will not end. Friday 5/11/12 we used the pay at the pump, it was not working, but it was charging our card. It charged our card $745, it said we used 213 gallons of gas. We told the cashier, who told us he couldn't do anything about it. We waited for the manager, who said he would take care of it. My bank account was charged for $100 by Exxon. I called corporate and the station, both will not help us remove the charge. Do not use this station!!!!!!!!!!
