What a joke of an establishment! I brought my dogs to this poor excuse of a groomer and 3 days later both of my dogs had severe ear infections. After taking my dogs to the vet, which cost $184.80, I called the groomer and she could have cared less. So my $70 groom turned into way more than that. She offered no compensation at all and showed no concern for the fact that my dogs had open sores in their ears from her pulling their hair out. The least she could have done is give me back my $70. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! Her excuse was that my dogs had a lot of hair in their ears so that's just what happens. I have taken my dogs to many groomers and this has never happened, EVER!! What a pathetic business this woman runs, she doesn't even stand behind the work she does. On top of it she was extremely rude when I called her about the issue. I said I would not be bringing my dogs back and she said, ""GREAT, well thanks for calling."" If you want to deal with a rude and condescending woman like this Barks & Bubbles is your place. Do NOT take your dogs to this place!!!!!
