I called Poorman's to do some work on an existing garage door. They returned my call a few days later, but quickly visited my house to review the problem and work up a quote.\r

I gave them two weeks before I called for a pricing update and possible schedule for the work. Again, a few days later, I received a message he was working on it. Over the next week and a half, I left three messages with no return call. Then I received a message at 9:00 PM one evening stating he would call me the next day. I have never heard from him again and found another local contractor who is interested in my business.\r

Do not call Poorman's if you expect to be treated correctly, professionally or promptly.
