I like hiking the trails of Orange County and enjoy the great outdoors. At my annual check up with my doctor, she asked me about what I was doing to stay fit and I mentioned my hikes. She said that's good for cardio, but what about strength and flexibitly. I didn't have a clue and so I found a gym close to home and joined SNAP Fitness. SNAP gave me a trainer who helped me understand the different machines and did all the settings for me. He even created a personal fitness chart for me so I don't have to memorize everything and can keep track of my workouts. I'm feeling stronger now and have more energy with a complete workout plan. I still do my hikes, but now have a clean, friendly gym open 24/7 to get a full body workout.
