Poor customer service!!! They put a padlock on my storage. I arrived 3 minutes after 5pm on Saturday ( 3 minutes after they closed). The girls inside the office said they could not help because the keys were locked up. It would have taken them 2 minutes to help me. I called the next day to speak with manager, but he was not available. I left a message, but never heard back. Now i have to hire a mover again to move the items. Very poor service!!!!!!
