Customer Service Needs Improvement 5/18/2012

I went to the store to get slates for fencing, however they didn't have any in stock so I had to place a special order. First I was told it would be in 3 to 5 days. When I didn't get a call from them I called the store myself just to find out it would be two weeks at the very least. If I would have known that, I would have gone elsewhere and would not have placed the order. Because it was already 9 days into it I thought I would just keep the order as it will be here in a couple of days. When the order didn't come in again I called the store just to find out that the new delivery date would be May 8th. Then I am told that it will be here on May 16th. Again, the order never arrived and no one from the store ever bothered to call us. The slates finally arrived today on May 18th, but once again I had to initiate any communication with the store. I will not shop there again! Their lack of communication and customer service is something that I will not tolerate at any store I shop at. more
