I have noticed Rachel's quaint little salon a few times but didn't think much of it until I wanted my hair permed- something I can't find too many people to do these days. I decided to walk in and ask for advice and possibly an appointment. Keep in mind, my hair was roughly an inch from my waist, so I don't let just *any* one mess with my hair. I was fortunate enough to have Rachel there when I walked in, we spoke briefly about my hair and then I felt confident in making an appointment for 3 days later. I am REALLY glad I did!! My faith in hair stylists was restored by Rachel, to say the least! She was very knowledgeable about my hair type and barely cut much off at all when she finished, mostly leaving my hair length *ALONE!* I can't count how many times I have asked someone for a trim and got half my locks sliced off! My hair looks *FANTASTIC*, I've received many compliments, and I have recommended her to SEVERAL people since my appointment. Not only did my hair turn out amazing, but the atmosphere of the salon is energetic, fun, friendly and vibrant!! I wasn't charged nearly as much as other salon's had quoted me and Rachel's hair products and tanning bed prices are terrific as well! My entire experience with Rachel's salon is well worth 5 stars!
