We had this accountant do our taxes for about 5 years. Our first sign of trouble was when the IRS contacted us about our 2009 return and stated that because something had been done incorrectly, we owed $5,000 back to them--with interest. Strangely, Paul Hayden became completely unavailable to us upon learning his firm had made an error in our taxes. We moved to a different accounting firm this year, and upon review have since found errors in EVERY SINGLE tax return prepared for us by this firm.
