this is the absolute WORST BRIDAL SHOP EVER-.Norma is part owner and seriuosly needs to seek professional help- she is a nasty and unstable woman- she offends the customers and after three alterations didnt get it right then charged me anyway- The people - especially Norma are rude and unhappy people .. They really ruined the whole bridal-wedding experience...In todays social network society- I would think they would try a bit harded to be customer friendly.. I will definatly tell anyone who will listen to me to avoid this place.....The shop is run down and so are the staff- the oil they got on my gown was eith sewing machine oil or one of the staff used my gown as a napkin- When i vioced my concern over the staff-Normas masty comment- i was tol she is the part owner- so nothing would be done about it... Well maybe not - but I can do something about it-I paid my bill took the gown to a real seamtress and got it fixed- Now I am on a mission- If anyone I know wants to use Coronet- I will tell them my horror story- and they will tell the people they know -who will tell people they know- Norma- YOU ARE A MEAN AND NASTY WOMAN- THE UNHAPPINESS OOZES OFF YOU...HOW MANT POOR REVEIWS DO YOU NEED BEFORE YOU GO ON SOME MOOD STABILIZERS- GET A CLUE
