I typically hate going to bars. I'm not much a beer drinker and I find most bars are either too loud or too boring. The 55 Yardline is actually an exception for me. The atmosphere is just right, and even on busy nights the crowd doesn't get too rowdy. The waitresses are also nice and don't mind stopping to chat for a couple of minutes. The food is what you would find in a lot of bars, but it tastes far better than said bars. Wven though I don't like beer, I must point out that they have a wide selection of beer on tap so for those who do enjoy it this is a plus (my bf loves it). Even though it's a sports bar, it's not over-the-top masculine. I can come here with my friends on a girls' night out and have fun. Overall I highly recommend this bar.
