BAD Customer Service 5/20/2012

Went to have synthetic lashes added. Told Rachel I was allergic to mascara. She told me she could use a glue for sensitive eyes but opted to use the regular glue. Sure enough my eyes swelled up, turned red and watered. I showed up the next day when the Salon opened to have them removed. Rachel was very accommodating and apologetic. I asked at the front desk for my money back and was told I received the service so I would NOT be getting my money back. Even though I told Rachel about my senitive eyes. I had pre-paid for a fill to be done at a later date. I asked if my girlfriend (who also has her lashes done there) could have the fill and was told there was nothing they could do about that. I should take it up with Groupon. Good Luck to ME with that! more
