I don't know how this guy is still in business. The wife and I used Kenny Caudill Photography regrettably. The engagement pics went well, and the actually wedding day went fine. The poses they use are average and very dated but otherwise working with Kenny Caudill Photography was good up until the day after the wedding. We paid promptly and received the worst service I have ever experienced. It was well over a year before we receive our photos. Phone calls and email were ignored. I just ended up knocking on the front door every Saturday until I finally received our photos. I thought I was going to have to take Kenny Caudill Photography to court. Finally he provided what I paid for, but with error. The photo book that I bought had my first name misspelled. I didn?t want to deal with this guy ever again so I said heck with it. I see similar complaints and he has a record with the BBB. Don?t use this guy.
