I bought a Groupon and had to reschedule my appointment for after the Groupon expired and Groupon assured me that they would honor it. When I walked in the door I was ambushed by the owner and another employee saying it was my fault and I would have to pay the difference of course they never mentioned this when I was on the phone with them to reschedule my appointment. They were RUDE and NASTY to me and did this in front of customers, they have no shame and no idea of what customer service is. I will never step foot in this shop again and I will tell all my friends to STAY AWAY from this shop. I am also filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
