I purchase a system in 2/2011, and have been trying to get a resolution since 6/2011. I have talked with several technicians and office people, who say they will get back with me or have someone who can work out a solution, contact me.
After trying for several months to get a resolution. I ask for a refund as stated in my contract. After many many phone calls, emails and faxes, Arvell Moore has not responded.
Do not do business with these folks, they do not honor their contract and will lie to you.
