I bought a Groupon for Phase II for cut and color. I was pleasantly surprised at my experience. I didn't know any of the stylists, so when I called, they gave me an appt. with Sarah. I asked for a trim as I have long hair. Usually when I ask for a trim, it gets chopped off more than I want. Sarah really did only trim about one inch off the length. Now I regret not being more specific giving inches instead of ""trim"", but she did do what I asked. I will need to get another haircut soon since it wasn't really enough. The color she did was red highlights and I am so happy with the color as it looks very natural. She used foil and it was very fast. I think I was in and out within an hour or so. Sarah is very sweet and seems to know what she is doing. I definitely plan on going back.
