Receptionist so insulting, with snide comments about me to the doctor to her coworker. Although I was in the wrong with paper work missing, and never blamed her or their policy she would not stop making comments at least 4 different coments as if I could not hear her or understand her. She was not only rude and the most unproffesional person I ever met she closed the window on my hand and then says excuse me. I never got to see the doctor because I refuse to reschedual and hope the office understands that their receptionist just lost them money.
