I was given this guy as a vendor from my insurance company. After 3 weeks of not getting called back and getting the run around, the insurance company finally realized what I was telling them about this guy (who is sleeping during business hours) is trying to avoid having to repair my equipment at all costs.
Avoid or use at your own risk.
Nothing but bad experiences with this guy.
