I felt that Primrose was a good school for a while, but then they had an outbreak of hand, foot, and mouth disease that spread to almost the entire school. The problem was that they failed to notify parents until a WEEK after the first child was sent home with the disease. Therefore, many children were exposed without parents knowing and in turn, exposed more people...parents, elderly, babies at home. There's no excuse for this.
