They do decent cleaning (something that is expected return for your money) but very very bad in scheduling an appointment or following the set appointment timings. Also very bad in communication, never pick up phones once appointment is set or never replies to email if we have any question. They have got total unprofessional attitude. So think 100 times before hiring their service. In my case this guy called Anderson set up an appointment for one particular day and then called me after a couple days saying he is overbooked for that day, and asked to reschedule the appointment which I agreed to. Then he called me again after couple days to reschedule to another day, and a day prior to the scheduled date called again and asked if he can reschedule one last time. This time he really tried my patience by giving 2 open slots that he send folks for house cleaning - 6:30 in the morning or 7:00 in the evening, his tone was essentially take it or lose it... so having being trapped (as I had moved out of house and wanted to do move out cleaning before giving keys to the leasing office) I had to accept it for 7:00 p.m. Worse since I had already moved out of the house I had to drive back to the old address but the cleaning guys showed up at 7:45 p.m. I had booked them through some social site that gives out some redemption code instead of reciept. I forgot the code and the cleaning guys were reluctant to go away without having that code. I kindly asked if I can go home log in to the social site and email him the code, but to no avail, I had to really convince him hard enough that I am not going to run away for paltry sum of the cleaning charges and given the fact that I was kind enough to have him reschedule 4 times he should reciprocate the courtesy and let me and the cleaning guys go our respective homes. But Mr. Anderson was not letting us go without code (this was after I had asked him in advance if he would like that code few days before but he just ignored my question then). So I went to a friends place nearby and searched the code to email him and it took me just 10 additional minutes when Mr. Anderson calls me and says if I don't send him the coupon code he is going to go to leasing office or something to the effect to take some action against me to recover money from me. I mean, c'mon this guy who is so pathetically worse even to obey his own set appointments was threatening me to take action against me for mere 100 bucks! I am never again going to hire this irresponsible, third class service.
