David Moser, BrokenLog Enterprises, made multiple significant errors during project, failed to disclose these errors, did not attempt to correct the problems, charged for the project, & then made attempts for further compensation for recommendations that were not necessary if project had been completed correctly. That was when it was discovered the project had not been completed correctly. He continued to deny any wrong doing & refused to correct the problem as it would cost him money to fix it. Had to go through Service Magic for any remediation received. Had history of not showing up, leaving early, & not returning for a week or more leaving various projects started but not completed. Would NOT recommend him to a friend.
