I could not agree any more with these two reviews above. Let me describe my first experience at this ""Business"". I dropped my Jeep JK off as soon as they opened (9am) and the rep there names Grant checked in my vehicle and did the appraisal of the mileage and any damages to note. He said it would all be good and I could pick it up around then end of the day (they will tell you for any item you get there that it takes all day to install BTW). I then get a call around 3pm and they are asking what happeend and why I did not drop off my Jeep, I advised it has been there since 9am and they said, ""oh....okay, well we will have it ready by the end of the day...sorry"". Real nice 4WheelParts. Also every time they tell you on the phone they will call you back, they dont...this has happened to me on 5 different occasions. Their customer service sucks, and Grant should personally be fired.
