My son's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu lessons are at SVT Body Transformation Center, and he loves his instructor. The lessons strengthen his friendships and increase his self confidence. He also takes a striking class that he really likes.
I do personal training there with Tyler McDaniels, and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in my entire life. My husband also does Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu there, and he loves it. Aaron is a competitive instructor, who's very well versed Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
