I went to Portrait Innovations today to have my 9 month old daughters pictures done. I was so excited about this and now so disapointed. The first 1/2 half of the session went fine ( not great, Steven left everything up to me to make her smile), but she was done. Steven then told me that I didn't finish the session and would have to come back in order to purchase any pictures. I told him that it was really hard for me to do that and asked if I could just choose from the pictures he had already taken, but he said no. That it was an ""injustice"" for me to not complete the session. I told him I didn't feel that way, and that I it was worth more to me to just pick now what I wanted rather than going thru this process all over again. He said it wasn't his ""fault"" so I left... My husband called and I called the corp office and Steven left a message saying I could come back and look at the pictures. After all that, I don't want to give them my hard earned money, who knows what else they will do. I will take her some where else. more
