My experience here was an utter mess. I've eaten here before and it was ok...good enough to make me return again but, not good enough for me to tell any one about it. But from this point on...I'M DONE. I called in my order and showed up to the restaurant 10 mins post when it was supposed to be ready (20 mins). It was ready...wasn't even closed to be being prepared. After paying for the order, I asked the cashier when it would be ready and she said in a couple of mins. 15 mins later...I realized she lied. A woman who also had called in 35 mins earlier was waiting near me and asked for a refund. I decided to wait 5 mins longer. After 40 mins of waiting for 10 chicken wings...I decided it was time to go. I asked for my money back is well and I received the most horrible attitude from the cashier. She tossed my money back at me and told me that I should understand how to be patient....lost her mind. Go to American Deli or Wing Nuts and get treated like a person....and save a few dollars.
