I went to Conway Motors as I have in the past and the service seems very friendly, however I must say I was rather disappointed that I was charged $98.95 +tax just to plug a laptop into my car and get codes as to why the the check engine light is on. Which you can do at Auto Zone for FREE! If they truly want to be HONEST, I will bet my whole LIFE that NO ONE spend 1 full hour on my car. Maybe I am wrong and this is there 30 minute charge?? I am torn with this, as Mark was very helpful with getting me helpful information, BUT on the other end I feel like YET Again another mechanic out to nickel and dime people. I hope you will post this for all to read, and NOT just put up the GREAT stories and mislead people. The business card also reads, "".....another place were HONESTY is not left by the roadside."" Sorry folks I don't feel like there was HONESTY with me.
