This is a phenomenal place to live. Located in the quiet, quaint city of South Pasadena, the building is right off the 110 making getting on a freeway supremely easy. The neighborhood is beautiful with tons of families, dog walkers and kids walking to school in the morning. There are markets, stores and you are only minutes away from Pasadena.
I cannot say enough good things about the amazing facility. The apartments here are very spacious and well kept for the price. The manager here keeps the entire complex clean and working well. Our apartment has an amazing view of the mountains and sits right outside of the pool and patio areas where many families have picnics. The other side of the complex has a stunning koi pond with more outdoor seating.
Any problems I have (e.g. a broken window, paint chips, etc.) get fixed within HOURS or even MINUTES.
As the website suggests, run, don't walk to live here.
